About

Hello! I'm Anna.

I’m the Swiss-Army knife of podcasters; I host, write, produce, and edit, and I’ve played with every imaginable genre of internet audio.

You might know my sound-design and editing work from the epic narrative podcast, Skyline Drive. Nicholas Quah at Vulture called it “a moving reflection on being a second-generation immigrant."

From Feb-September 2022, I had the privilege of producing the Ambie Award-winning season of Slate’s hard news podcast What Next, researching and editing critical stories around war, politics, and social justice.

I was recently the LA Head Of Operations at Forever Dog Productions, where I oversaw a dozen weekly podcasts - managing everything from scheduling/recording to editing/mastering and fulfilling ad-buys.

I'm a founding member of the satire group, Left Handed Radio, which specializes in audio and animated comedy and has been featured on Apple Podcasts, Earwolf, Vulture, and Fast Company. We also created the satirical brand, WLHR: Fake Public Radio, home of news parodies like MarketLook and horror podcast Fresh Scare with Sherry Disgusting.

I co-hosted an Orphan Black fan-cast with Siobhan Thompson for WNYC called Duplicast. Siobhan and I also co-hosted What If...? from Left Handed Radio (it's like Radiolab but with terrible people.) Together, we created a show for Howl FM, The Grimm Life, presenting classic fairytales with a public radio twist.

I happen to be an improviser and writer. I started taking comedy classes as a freshman in college. Consequently, I’m a highly creative/collaborative person and like to bring my understanding of performing and the arts to everything I do.

I’m repped by Innovative Artists for Voice Over. I am a writer, specializing in sound-rich narrative audio. I dabble in illustration, and animation.
